IPTV Account Activation

Once an order is confirmed and an IPTV account is activated, we offer a 7-day full refund policy. During this period, if you encounter any issues or are unsatisfied with our service, you can request a full refund. Please note that after the 7-day period, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Due to the nature of IPTV account codes, they cannot be resold.

Guarantee Period

Our products come with a guarantee period that varies depending on the subscription duration you choose. We offer the following guarantee options:

  • 1-Month Subscription: We provide a 1-month guarantee during which MYPREMIUMIPTV will replace or refund any product damage or dysfunction caused by the producer. In case of product damage, we will also offer a full refund for the remaining subscription period or the option to change the product.
  • 3-Months Subscription: We offer a 3-month guarantee period. If you encounter any product damage or dysfunction caused by the producer within these 3 months, MYPREMIUMIPTV will replace or refund your subscription. In case of product damage, we will also provide a full refund for the remaining subscription period or the option to change the product.
  • 6-Months Subscription: Customers who choose a 6-month subscription will have a 6-month guarantee period. If you experience any issues related to product damage or dysfunction caused by the producer within this timeframe, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. In case of product damage, we will also offer a full refund for the remaining subscription period or the option to change the product.
  • 12-Months Subscription: For our 12-month subscription, we provide a 12-month guarantee period. If you encounter any product damage or dysfunction caused by the producer within the first 12 months of your subscription, MYPREMIUMIPTV will replace or refund the affected product. In case of product damage, we will also provide a full refund for the remaining subscription period or the option to change the product.

Delivery Issues

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the product, we will provide a full refund.

Incorrect or Unactivated Key Code

If you receive an incorrect product or if the key code has not been activated, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Key Code Activation Issues

If the key code cannot be activated for unknown reasons, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase for a possible refund or replacement.

Technical Difficulties

If you encounter difficulties with the purchased product, contact us first with a detailed problem description accompanied by screenshots or photos. Our technical support team will assist you in resolving the issue. If our support staff cannot solve the problem, your order may be eligible for a refund.
